Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern your use of our website and our services.

Last updated: October 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Jennings Practice Systems website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site or engage our services. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Our services

Jennings Practice Systems ("we," "us," or "our") provides web design, website development, and AI automation services to local businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal. These terms apply generally to use of the Site and do not override the specific terms of a signed project agreement.

3. Use of our AI tools and chatbot

Our Site may include an AI assistant and we may deliver AI automation solutions as part of our services. These tools are provided to help you learn about our offerings, qualify leads, and support general business operations.

Important: Our AI tools are not medical devices and are not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or healthcare decisions. Nothing our AI assistant generates constitutes professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

4. Client responsibilities

For us to deliver services effectively, you agree to provide accurate, timely information and materials, respond to requests promptly, and ensure that any content, assets, or authorizations you provide do not infringe on the rights of any third party. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit through our forms or chatbot.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Jennings Practice Systems or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Upon full payment of agreed project fees, final delivered client assets become your property subject to the terms of your project agreement. Our underlying tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain our property.

6. Payment terms

Fees, deposit schedules, and payment terms for services are outlined in your project proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments may result in paused work or withheld deliverables until the account is made current.

7. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided in good faith based on information supplied by you. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jennings Practice Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business interruption, arising from the use of the Site or our services. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before reliance.

8. Third-party services

Our work may integrate with third-party platforms, hosting providers, or AI services. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or data practices of these third parties. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms and policies.

9. Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. For questions about these Terms & Conditions, contact us at ljennings@jenningspracticesystems.com or 614-540-9132.
